Elizabeth Denniss BIO I have been a qualified life coach since November 2002, obtaining my Certificate of Life Coaching with Hart Life Coaching, Mona Vale, NSW where I also completed my Life Coaching Diploma in 2005. I have utilized the life coaching techniques throughout my career where I have worked in professional sporting, counselling and welfare as well as the telecommunications industries. I am currently involved in community development in a small, rural community. I am dedicated working with individuals who are committed to a process of change I approach life coaching using a 10 step process. I seek to impart life skills to my clients so that they can use these steps throughout their life, not just in the work we do together. I strive to empower my clients to be the very best life manager they can be to get the very best from their life. I like to think that through the 10 step process I am helping my clients become their own life coach, all the while being there to support and guide them on the journey.
A one hour life coaching session costs $50 (plus GST). Alternatively I offer a monthly package which includes 4 sessions as well as unlimited email support for $220 (plus GST) and a subscription to a monthly e-newsletter, Life Balance Life Coaching. Life coaching sessions can be conducted face to face or via the telephone. Due to distance and travel issues associated with living in rural areas most clients find telephone sessions more convenient.
