Geordie Conyngham

Geordie has over 20 years of face to face, 1on1 coaching/facilitation, project leadership and change management experience with individuals and with teams. As a senior manager in government and corporate organizations, he has been responsible for a diverse range of people involved in sales, marketing, business systems, customer services and information delivery. In various roles he has led major changes in companies such as Kimberly Clark, NT Treasury, Reckitt Benkeiser and Cerebos.

He holds university qualifications in architecture, computing, business systems and management. He has competed formal studies in Keith Blanchard's Situational Leadership, Economic Value Assessment as a Management Philosophy from PWC, Project Management from Time Management Institute, Emotional Intelligence and Learned Optimism by Peter Sullivan of Australian Business Training, Personal Empowerment by Christo Norden-Powers from Spandah; and has been awarded the ICCP Professional Development Certificate in Coaching Practice by Tony Grant from University of Sydney.

Geordie is a founding member of the International Association of Coaches, an Affiliate member of the Australian Life Coaching Society and member of the Australian CIO Executive Council. He has presented at several industry forums on customer service, project management and business intelligence.

He has authored and facilitated the delivery of 'Mind Games' workshop providing tools and techniques to increase personal and group performance. He has written the support manual titled “Rational Self management”. Other material he distributes includes “Seven Ways to Increase Prosperity” and “'Coachee: Indian or Chief” which gives insight into the coaching experience.
