Paula Pullan Paula is an Education, Training and Management professional with over 13 years experience in personal and professional development. She has demonstrated effective, results oriented coaching and leadership skills within both individual and team environments. Paula is committed to helping people to discover their potential and purpose in many aspects of their lives. Her personal quest for self growth gives her the capacity to empathise with those she works with. Paula displays an open candour and thrives on challenges. She incorporates her positive disposition and humour into the coaching framework. Researching and developing coaching programs is a passion of Paula’s. She co-created the Weigh AheadTM Program which focuses on improving people’s relationship with food and body image. It deals with past conditioning and changing the negative thought patterns that trigger overeating. Paula is also the co-author of the CHAPP Coaching Program. The purpose of the CHAPP Coaching Program is for clients to understand the subconscious values and beliefs that drive their behaviours.
