John is the president and founder of the Australian Life Coaching Society, which began as a project at Swinburne University. It was an experiment to create a 'distributed coaching mind' in the Australian life coaching community, - an altruistic learning organization that seeks to make significant social contributions.

He is an executive coach and an active researcher into the science and practice of self-actualization in the workplace (Eupsychian Management).

As a lifelong learner, his coaching education has been diverse and extensive. It has evolved through the formal study of - Bachelor of Architecture (RMIT), Masters in Business: eBusiness & Communication (Swinburne University), Masters in Education: Organizational Leadership and Mentorship (Monash University), alongside many other courses like Workplace Training and Assessment, Property Practice, Life Coaching, Positive Psychology & Stress Management, Hypnotherapy, and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Dedicated to helping others put into practice the habitual patterns of the great leaders and high achievers in our history, John has critically analyzed and distilled their major principles - as revealed by some of the most important research projects into the psychology of success.

"'The most satisfying thing in life is to have been able to give a large part of one's self to others… We are one, after all, you and I. Together we suffer, together exist, and forever will recreate each other… Our duty, as men and women, is to proceed as if limits to our ability did not exist. We are collaborators in creation."
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, 1968
