Personal Description: Linda is currently working in full-time private practice at Art of Living Psychology in the Melbourne suburb of Camberwell (Phone 9836 8629). She provides life coaching, especially relationship coaching, but also career coaching, emotional intelligence training, stress management training and mentoring/coaching for coaches. She also holds an honorary research associate position in psychology at Monash University. Linda has
been helping people since 1976. Her research has been published in professional
journals and some of her work appears in popular magazines. She has also
lectured in the psychology department of Australian Catholic University. Linda Edwards B.Sc., Grad.Dip.Couns.Psych., M.Sc., Ph.D. is a registered psychologist with a doctorate in psychology from Monash University. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, the College of Counselling Psychologists, the Australian Psychological Society Coaching Psychology Interest Group, the Division of Independently Practising Psychologists, the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists, and the Imago Relationship Therapist Support Group. She is a registered provider of psychology services with the major Health Funds in Victoria and is also certified to provide sexual training to couples. She is an internationally published author and lecturer and has carried out six years research into significant change and effective helping at Monash University. Personal Mission: To assist people to reach their potential – to blossom into their best – to self actualise. As a result of her doctoral research, Linda organically developed a way to reprogram the limbic brain so as to increase emotional intelligence. She has used this approach with over 5000 people during the last 7 years in her coaching work which is predominantly relationship coaching, stress management and general life coaching.
